Sasha's Flower Garden

This is my Grandmothers Flower Garden that I have hand pieced, it is now being basted so I can hand quilt it. I was so happy to get the top done, now it may take me another 2 years to quilt it. Smile!!!! I know the picute is not that clear, but each flower was fussy cut then the whole thing was layed out on the floor and numbered and placed in rows to be sewn together in order. It was quite a project for me.

Ducks all around

this is one of Annette Ornelas quilt designs, she has become very popular and is the creator of the peeled back piecing. She lives here so I am very lucky.

My reverse applique

this is my first attempt at a reverse applique, the original is in the top right corner amde by Ann Francis, who has won Many Many best of shows and first prize. She created this design form an iron gate, she taught a class dividing the quilt into quadrants, mine is the bottom right (blue and black) and if you look at hers you can tell which quadrant i choose to do.

Ashlee Virginia

Mini quilt I created for our Quilt Guild silent auction, sold for $80 all hand done. My first atempt at Hand applique and hand quilting.
