Saving for Winter

Due to several ladies in my groups doing some canning, like Chris Wheeler it got me in the mood to do some for myself. so I put up some snap beans, field peas, butter beans, blue berries and tomatoes. I sure hope they taste good.

Why not visit Norway next year in the blue berry season?? The wild ones - very nice and you will be very, very welcomed!!

aren't they beautiful - all lined up and so colorful - and when you hear the 'pop' which means they've sealed! Ah, music to my mom's ears back in the day when she spent her summer days 'putting up' tomatoes, green beans, dill pickles, sweet pickles, and the list goes on from there...! xox b
