Sewing can be dangerous

I was sewing on Nicki Lee's UTS DYB trying to "git er done" and decided it was bed time. For the past month or so I have been losing my balance and getting dizzy so when i put this on the top of the book shelf somehow i managed to fall and when I realized what had happened I was laying on my back with all of the shelves pinning me to the floor. Ted insisted i go to ER and the ambulance took me and thank goodness everything was okay. Just the shiner and a few minor cuts and bruises. Well I am getting tired so I am signing off again. yes I will be talking to my doctor on the 6th. They have had to put me on new blood pressure pills and now cholesteral meds. Don't laugh at my Picture i just woke up when he took this pic. Aren't I gorgeous?????? LOL

New Make Over of my Bedroom

these are some pictures of what my bedroom looks like right now. I do need to get my new bed spread and curtains to match the new wall color....I love it!!!!!!!!! Pink and teals are some of my favorite colors....My husband was so kind to paint it for me, I did help a little bit...

Pink Peace Lily

I just love all my flowers, the beauty of all of God's creation inspires me all the more to make beautiful things and experiment with all that He has given me. Take time to look at the flowers and butterflies and birds and how different and magnificent each one is. The colors are my passion, the shapes and the striking ability to capture your site and build a scrapbook in your mind, one you can always carry and dig out at any time with out anyone ever knowing.
Do others see the same things you do in the same way? Does it matter to them like it does to you. To imagine God in all His glory created them, such vivid colors and when you see a rainbow they are all right there in front of you, is that the beginning or the end.

Another Greyson Update

Greyson went for his check up on 4/30/08 and is doing much better, he is still peeing alittle at a time so she put him on a steroid now, it is 5/3 and he is even better. I'm praying this new diet is going to work and by the grace of God he likes the food!!!! Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.

Poor Greyson is back in the kitty hospital with another urinary blockage. If you are a prayer warrior please keep him in your prayers. He is only 2 years old.

Me an my Shadow

This is Ember, where ever I am she is too I guess you culd say were attached at the hip and hind quarters. She is allergic to many many things, She ahs to ahve a special diet of fish and potatoe. She is allergic to all kinds of bugs, house flys, ants, bees, cockroaches, but guess what? She is NOT allergis to FLEAS, does that make any sense????? She is allergic to all kinds of molds and grasses and trees and has to a take a special, xespensive medicine daily just to somewhat curtail the itching. It is Called Atopica and is quite new, works as good as steroids except it does nto damage the liver as badly. Since taking this her hair loss has recovered and the little bumps all over her have gone away. She does however have times where she has what they call break throughs, thats when the pollens and molds are more prevailant and they cause her to get itchy again, at those times they put her on the atopica and steriods together. She also has dry eyes so she gets daily drops for that. She is a good girl and a baby, she will be 10 this year in October.

this is Greyson, he is our baby next to Ember our dog. Greyson has been sick with a urinary track blockage, luckly it was caught early, he spent the week end at the vet with a catheter sewed into him and they kept flushing it out and he came home on the folowing monday. I now have to be very observent of his potty habits to make sure he goes. Did you know in extreme cases they amputate the penis and stretch the ureatha and sew it in place where female would be, he would then look like a female. I didn't know they could do that, but when Greyson heard that, he said oh no not me!!!! LOL
