My little corner

The snow is so beautiful. Fresh, crisp, and clean. I've waited for this for a long time. Believe it or not most of the state of NC is under a state of emergency! 2 inches of snow cripples the state, everything closes, schools, stores, businesses. So far we have got about 3 to 4 inches of snow. I know you people living where you get heavy amounts of snow are laughing, I used to live in upsate NY and they drive through blizzards, here everything literly stops. People just don't know how or what to do. But I love it none the less, and we don't get it too often here. You should see the pets, Ember my dog didn't even make it off the front porch, she stopped just short of the steps and peed!!!!!! Too funny.
Not so funny is my daughter Ashlee has fallen down the hill that is right out of her front door and probably broke 1 or 2 toes. She almost landed on her tiny dog.She is okay though. Poor baby. her apartment complex need to fix that, she has no steps and just a grassy knoll that steps off her porch. this is the 3rd time she has fallen.
